Mission: Enforced Intermission
Location: Everywhere.

News of their guest had travelled quickly through the ship. Having been on the wrong end of Starfleet herself, Ashe had made a point of going and seeking her out. Pausing outside the quarters the computer had indicated were hers, Ashe hit the chime and waited for Linza to respond.

Raising an eyebrow at the chime at her door, considering she wasn't expecting anyone, Linza walked towards the door and opened it instead of just having the person come in. "Uh, hello?"

Ashe cast a grin, glancing the other woman over quickly. "Well, you're dressed enough, so you'll do!" she said, linking her arm through Linza's and practically dragging her into the corridor. "I'm Ashe, you're Linza, consider us acquainted. Right, let's go then shall we? I left Tobias in charge of the bar, and, well, I want to get back before he drinks all my good Vodka, cheeky bugger that he is!" She started walking briskly along the corridor toward the turbolift.

Raising an eyebrow, especially for the fact that she had no idea who this woman was who was pulling her out of her quarters in clothing she normally wouldn't be out in (considering it was one step above lingerie, only due to bike shorts and a tight tank top), Lynn was having trouble keeping up. "What the hell...Ashe?" She the remembered her conversation about this woman though it was short. "Wait, what is going on and where are you taking me?!"

"To the Deity," Ashe replied easily as they walked briskly. "The last thing you want right now is to be cooped up in your quarters, so I'm going to introduce you around. Trust me, it'll be fun." Her hand tightened around Linza's arm making it clear there was no chance she was going to be able to run away. "I'm NOT taking no for an answer."

"I don't want to go to the Deity though," Lin fussed a little, but didn't dare try to rip herself away. She likely could, but might hurt the other woman in the process. "Look, I'm not huge on going out and being introduced to people. Besides, there are people on this ship that don't like me."

Ashe laughed and shrugged. "And there are people on this ship that don't like me," she retorted. "But friends don't let friends wallow in misery behind closed doors. Now..." She opened the turbolift doors and pushed Linza inside. "Deck 5, main lounge," she ordered as the doors closed behind them.

Moments later the turbolift stopped, the doors opening, Ashe peeked out. "Well, I think the turbolift took a wrong turn, I'm pretty sure this is deck 10, the fighters are that way," she grimaced and rolled her eyes. "Try again?"

Raising an eyebrow, Linza sighed and leaned against the turbolift wall. But when it stopped at the wrong deck, she tilted her head. "Um...I'm not allowed down there. I swear some strange things are going on."

"I'm technically not meant to be down there either, but they usually look the other way if I go visit," Ashe replied with a grin. "Now, Computer, lets try again, Deck 5, main lounge." The turbolift doors closed and the lift started to move again. "Yeah, something really whacky is happening on the ship. Replicators are all offline, which is partly why you're coming to the deity with me. Need to make sure you don't waste away to nothing."

The turbolift doors parted again and Ashe stepped out, sighing heavily. "Nope, nope and definitely not. Torpedo storage is not a place we want to be exploring today. How about we try a site to site transport instead? It might be quicker and easier?"

"Mine wasn't offline last I tried, but that was a while ago...though may explain the odd coffee I had after it replicated me something neon colored." Linza shrugged, "But I guess we can try it."

Walking to the nearest console on the bulkhead, Ashe tapped at it lightly. "Alright, ready?"

Waiting for Linza to confirm, Ashe ordered the transport, tucking her arm in Linza's before the transporter activated.

Rematerializing moments later in what was clearly a bathroom, with a shower running, Ashe laughed, unable to help herself. "Dorothy, something tells me this definitely isn't Kansas, and we seem to have taken a wrong turn on the way to the Emerald City."

"Hell, we really aren't." Lin looked around and had no idea where they were, other than someone's quarters. "We should...get out of here..."

The shower stopped after some loud fumbling and a towel disappeared over the door. Opening the door slowly, he peered around to see the two women standing in his bathroom. Raising an eyebrow as he recognized Ashe, but bewildered at the other person who was with her. “This is a new one for you Ashe,” Calvin said dryly, still trying to put together why there were people suddenly in his quarters. “Or did I forget about the party in my bathroom?”

"Well, at least it's your bathroom we ended up in," Ashe replied with a grin. "Transporter malfunction, sorry darlin'," she shrugged nonchalantly. "Totally not my fault, pinkie swear! Mind if we borrow your panel to try again?"

Linza wasn't sure what to do. She had no idea who this actually was, but apparently Ashe knew him. "Er, I'm Linza by the way," is all she really said. "And...yeah...bad transporter..."

Double checking his towel was secure, Calvin stepped fully out of the shower, seeing no reason to continue peaking around the corner. He was still dripping wet. "Somehow I don't totally believe you, however I have heard rumors of issues going on with the computers. Where were you trying to go?" Calvin asked before turning to the newcomer. "Nice to meet you Linza, an introduction I'm sure neither of us will forget anytime soon," He said with a wink.

"Oh, darlin', don't flatter yourself. If I wanted to sneak in on you in the shower I certainly wouldn't be bringing company," Ashe retorted with a smirk. "The turbolifts took us to the fighter hangars and then to torpedo storage, so we decided to try a site to site instead, and, well, here we are. Now, if you'll be so kind as to direct us to your console, we'll be out of your wet hair," she grinned, her gaze travelling slowly over his upper torso.

Linza couldn't help but bite her lip at seeing the man step out of the shower. However, she didn't dare let her eyes linger too long, as she'd gotten in trouble on more than one posting in the past for that. Instead she looked down at the floor. "You're right I won't forget this any time soon."

Calvin chuckled. “You got me there Ashe. Where are you two trying to get to?” He glanced over at Linza, finding her shyness amusing.

"Back to the deity, she needs a drink and some good company," Ashe replied with a nod of her head toward Linza before she moved to the console on the wall now that they were in the main living area. "Alright, Ms Linza, shall we try again?" she asked with a grin before looking to Calvin. "You're welcome to join us, you know, after you get dressed and all. While I don't mind the eye candy, some might object."

"I believe we shall," Linza stated as she smirked about the eye candy comment. It'd been a long time since she'd seen anyone in the 'outfit' that he was in, but also knew what it would mean if she let her eyes linger too long. Something she was still trying to gain control over. "I think I need a drink after this anyways."

"You don't think I can pull off the towel look?" Calvin asked, looking down at himself. He turned slightly, "It doesn't do anything for my butt." He shrugged. "I'd be willing to go to the diety for a drink after I grab some clothes. Though with your luck you won't end up there after this transport either. What's going on with the computer systems anyways?"

"No idea but everything's acting up. Replicators are offline, which is why I really need to get back. Tell you what, we'll transport out now, you can join us when you're finished trying to make yourself look presentable," Ashe said with a grin. "How's that sound?"

"Presentable, yes, that is good," Linza stated before she could stop herself. She was going to add more but bit her tongue. He could be 'presentable' in the towel. No Lin, change your thought path!

“Well why don’t you guys try again and I’ll meet you there soon if either of us can make it there,” Calvin replied with a smile. He looked over at Linza, her mood palpable. He gave her a wink with a smile. “Hope you two can get your transport to work this time.”

Tapping at the console quickly, Ashe grinned. "Don't be too long, we might give up waiting and find someone else to entertain us," she teased before giving a little wave and issuing the final order. "Initiate transport."
